Under the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) individuals have a right to access their health information. This policy outlines how you can request access, under what circumstances we can deny a request and any fees associated with accessing records.

Electra Park Medical Centre is a mixed billing practice. Our billing policy is designed to allow equitable access to medical services. This policy outlines who we bulk bill and when as well as any services that are only offered privately.

We understand that sometimes things unexpectedly pop-up during the day. We ask that you notify us as soon as you possibly can if you are running late or unable to attend your appointment.

Our communications policy outlines how we receive and respond to patient communications via phone, email or post. This policy also explains expected timeframes for receiving a response from our team.
